Coaching is a non-judgemental, open, collaborative and confidential space between coach and client. It focuses on the client’s own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals.
Depending on the reason(s) that’s brought you to coaching, it can be a powerful way of exploring personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping your experiences of life, and your behaviours.
Coaching enables a journey of self-exploration giving greater self-awareness (which has enormous power) to examine and reshape many areas of life.

Counselling can focus heavily on the past and how that is affecting the present. Whereas coaching can look at the past but doesn’t tend to dwell there. As a coach, I work with you to remain forward-focus so that you are always looking towards a brighter future where you have reached your goal or overcome a challenge you may be experiencing in the present.

Mentoring can be heavily advice-based. Depending on the type of service you would like to receive from me as a coach, will depend on whether I offer advice in sessions. For example, if you are interested in me coaching you on a speech you’re delivering, you may receive some advice along with tools and techniques during our sessions.
However, whatever service you are interested in, we will discuss beforehand whether or not you want to receive any advice or suggestions.

The majority of my sessions are an hour long. However, I do offer 3 and 5 hour workshops for public speaking and presentational coaching.

Both. It is entirely dependent on your needs and what we both feel would be most beneficial.
If you’re interested in a workshop, I highly recommend in-person.
If it’s one-to-one coaching, we can do either. This can be discussed during your free consultation.

It is dependent on the following questions:
What are your needs?
How urgent do the sessions need to be? (is there a deadline/important date coming up that you need to be ready for?)
What is the availability of both myself and you?
However, a recommended frequency would be no later than once every 2-3 weeks.
