    However, there are many reasons why someone might benefit from Life Coaching that could include but not limited to:

    • Dealing with relationship challenges (whether it be a professional relationship or a personal one).

    • Finding a strategy or a plan to help you reach your career goals.

    • Highlighting, understanding and challenging any inner obstacles that aren’t serving you or helping you to live the life that you want (this could include limiting beliefs, values or thought patterns/habits).

    • Finding that new zest for life (you may have gotten yourself stuck in life and want help to develop a ‘better you’).

    • Figuring out what you want (sometimes, you just need to take a moment, get your bearings and understand what it is you truly want at this stage in your life).

    And much, much more!

    • Depending on the reason why you want coaching, how you best work and what you need from a coach, will dictate how I can help you.

    • Some people benefit from a supportive coach, others from a more direct and blunt coach. From the free consultation I offer, we discuss this and decide not just what you ‘want’ from a coach but also, perhaps, what you ‘need’ from a coach.

    • We consider the reasons why you have sought out coaching and discuss whether you want mentoring alongside coaching or if you just want coaching.

    • From the first session, we map out a tailored plan for your sessions that is specific to your needs and wants.

    • We have frequent one hour coaching sessions (I try and make them no later than 3 weeks a part) - it is important to have regularity and consistency with the sessions.

  • As mentioned in the “How can I help?” section, depending on your challenge and your current situation may dictate how many sessions you would like to book on for. However, I offer:

    • 5, one-hour sessions (£195).

    • 3, one-hour sessions (£115).

    • 1, one-hour session (£40).
